Integrating iThink logistics is very simple. This does not require even basic coding knowledge. If you can upload photos in your Facebook profile, then you will be surely able to integrate our logistics in your site as well.
In this blog, we are going to illustrate the steps of integrating iThink Logistics with woocommerce. You can follow the same process for Magento, Opencart, and Shopify as well.
However, if you have already signed up with us, then click on the client login with the required credentials to access your dashboard. If not, then you can follow the below-mentioned steps.
Go to ithinklogistics.com. Click on the signup option situated at the top right of the page.
Fill up the required information and click on sign up now.
Once you sign up, you will be redirected to the onboarding process. The page will look something like this.
Fill in all the required details and click on next. Your iThink’s profile will be created and you will be able to see your dashboard. Refer to the image below.
To set up your logistics in your eCommerce dashboard, go to the “my accounts” section from the dropdown situated at the top right corner of the page.
Once you click on account settings, you will be redirected to this page. Refer to the image below.
Click on “my store information. You will get all the required APIs. Refer to the image below.
As you can see there are different API and secret keys provided to you in this dashboard. There are Keys for Shopify, Magento, woocommerce and open cart. Choose the platform in which you have your website and enter your store URL. Here we have entered the link for a site developed in woocommerce platform.

Once you have entered the URL, click on submit.
Once you are done with this, go to your woocommerce backend and go to the plugin. To add iThink’s plugin, click on Add New.
When you will sign up with iThink Logistics, you will automatically receive the plugin in your registered email ID. Download that plugin and save it in your system.
Once you click on “Add New” you will be redirected to the plugin page. Upload your plugin from your system. Refer to the image below.
Once done, click on “install now”.
Once you install the plugin, you will be redirected to a new page. Click on the “Activate Plugin” button.
Once done, you will be able to see the iThink Logistics reflecting in your dashboard.
To set up the plugin, enter the API and the Secret Key in your woocommerce dashboard, and click on submit.
There you have it! Your ecommerce store is now ready to ship products with iThink Logistics.
Go to your iThink dashboard by login into the iThink logistics’s client area. Go to “ my woocommerce orders.
You will be redirected to this page. Refer to the image below.
Click on “sync orders”.
That’s it! Your logistics is now fully integrated with your store. You dont have to maintain multiple dashboards. All orders that you receive in your site, will be automatically synced with our platform.
