Refund & Cancellation Policy
At iThink Logistics, we value your trust and strive to provide transparent and efficient services. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all our users. Please read the following terms carefully.
Refunds
- Amounts credited to your iThink Logistics wallet will be refunded back to your account within 45 days.
- Refunds will be processed only after the unpaid invoices are cleared.
- In case fraudulent activities are detected, iThink Logistics reserves the right to hold your COD remittance, wallet balance, and payments until the issue is resolved.
Account Closure/Cancellation:
- You may request to close or cancel your iThink Logistics account at any time.
- Account closure/cancellation will be processed only after all outstanding invoices are cleared and paid.
- For account closure/cancellation requests made after an invoice is created, A final invoice will be issued with all outstanding amounts.
- In case of unpaid invoices or detected fraudulent activities, iThink Logistics reserves the right to hold your COD remittance, wallet balance, and payments until the issue is resolved.
